Eligibility Criteria:
Individuals ranging from 0-120 years old who are disabled according to Medicaid standards and is currently receiving full Medicaid benefits and Veterans.
Medicaid Waiver Programs Accepted are: Children's Choice, NOW, ROW, and LTC.
